Richard Winn is an established college-preparatory institution, holding advanced accreditation by the South Carolina Independent School Association. It offers a comprehensive educational experience for students in three-year-old kindergarten through grade twelve, and currently serves students from Chester, Fairfield, Richland, and York Counties.

TIS THE SEASON. First through fourth grade students, along with some from fifth grade and up through high school, performed during the annual school Christmas program on Dec. 8. The program was written and directed by Mrs. Ellen Nicholson and Mrs. Vicki Robinson.

BASKETBALL – The Eagle teams travel for both region contests this week - Tuesday, Jan. 17, to Greenwood Christian and Friday, Jan. 20, to Oakbrook Prep. Congratulations to the VG for their 20th win of the season, the latest “victim” was Chapin HS on Mon., Jan. 16. All the RWA teams have 5 remaining region games left in the 2012 season before playoffs. The next home game will be on Jan. 24th vs. Spartanburg Christian.

FOOTBALL ALL STAR – Congratulations to senior Dalton Haney on his selection and participation in the SCISA 11-man North-South All Star game. The game was played on Sat., Dec. 3, at Orangeburg Prep.

VOLLEYBALL ALL STAR – Senior standout player Alex Maass recently competed in the SCISA-GISA All Star match hosted by Hammond School on Sat., Nov. 5. Kudos to Alex for closing out a stellar HS volleyball career.
